Sebastopol Geese
ABOUT
From the moment I saw the curly feathers of a Sebastopol Goose, I was done for; I knew no other bird would do for the homestead. Their medium bodies are less intimidating, and their ridiculous curly feathers make them flightless and easy to contain. All of my geese are hand-raised and follow me around all day, begging for treats. Feeding them in the morning and at Sunset is one of my favorite parts of the day!
I selected my flock from different breeders to ensure genetic diversity and curly feathers. I keep a mostly white flock with a couple of splash birds – I personally love the diversity! Sebastopol Geese lay January-May typically. Hatching eggs and straight-run goslings will be available in limited quantities.
